STEPHEN LUSTHAUS
STEPHEN J. LUSTHAUS, Esq.,
is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, 1967 and Long Island
University, 1964. He has appeared before the Supreme and
Surrogate Courts in all five counties of the City of New
York as well as the Surrogate Courts of Westchester, Nassau
and Suffolk counties. For the past thirty-six years he has
represented numerous clients in preparing their estate plans,
wills and various trusts, in the probate or administration
of their estates, the preparation of their estate, gift and
inheritance tax returns, the buying and selling of commercial
and residential real estate and the preparation of buy/sell
business related documents.
Mr. Lusthaus is admitted to practice before
the State Courts of New York, and Florida, the Federal Eastern
District Court of New York, the Federal Tax Court, and the
United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American
Bar Association, Real Property and Probate Section, the Kings
County Womens Bar Association, The New York State Bar Association,
Probate Section and the Brooklyn Bar Association. Mr. Lusthaus
has lectured before Bar Associations, Accounting Associations
and insurance and medical industry groups on the need for
estate planning; the proper preparation of wills and related
documents; and estate tax saving devises.
RUSSELL LUSTHAUS
RUSSELL B. LUSTHAUS, Esq.,
is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, 1995, and Penn State
University, 1992. He has appeared before the Supreme and
Surrogate Courts in all five counties of the City of New
York, as well as the Surrogate Courts of Westchester, Nassau,
Suffolk and Orange counties. For the past ten years he has
represented numerous clients with the Probate and Administration
of Estates and Trusts, Estate and Gift and Inheritance Tax
Returns, the buying and selling of Commercial and Residential
real estate, and Landlord and Tenant evictions matters.
Russell Lusthaus is admitted to practice
before the State Courts of New York, New Jersey and New Hampshire,
as well as the Federal Southern District of New York, Federal
District Court of New Hampshire, and the United States Supreme
Court. He has received numerous appointments by Judges of
the New York State Supreme Court to serve as a Referee to
Compute in Real Property foreclosure proceedings and as a
Court Evaluator in Article 81 Guardianship proceedings. He
is a member of the American Bar Association, Real Property
and Probate Section, the Kings County Womens Bar Association,
and the Brooklyn Law School Alumni Association.
